Pete Jonas pitched nine seasons in the minor leagues with a 67-67 record from 1938 to 1950.
He had four straight double-digit winning seasons in 1941, '42, '43 and '46.
Jonas served in the United States Military in 1944 and '45 during World War II.
He was player-manager during the last part of the 1950 season for the Medford Rogues of the class D Far West League, having replaced Tommy Nelson.
