Paul Zuvella played 9 seasons at the big league level, but managed to go hitless for three of those years. In one two-year stretch with the New York Yankees, Zuvella went 10 for 82, which included 9 singles amd a double giving him an historically low .134 SLG. After his playing career ended, he spent 1996 as a Colorado Rockies coach.

Zuvella hit .325/.359/.351 as the third baseman for Team USA in the 1978 Amateur World Series and went 3-for-3 in steal attempts. The USA won Silver.
