Pat Jacquez pitched in 2 games in his major league career, both for the 1971 White Sox. His first appearance was on April 18 against the Oakland A's. In that game, he gave up 4 hits, 1 one earned run, walked 2 and struck out 1. The White Sox lost the game, 11-2. His second game was against the Boston Red Sox. In that game, he went just a third of inning, giving up no hits or runs. The White Sox lost that game, 5-4. Jacquez faced and retired Hall of Famer Reggie Jackson in his short career.
He is the father of Tom Jacquez, who also pitched one year in the majors.
