[edit] Biographical Information
Paddy O'Connor, born in Ireland, caught for six years in the majors. He was with the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1908-10 in the days of Fred Clarke and Honus Wagner, and appeared briefly in the 1909 World Series. He was on two teams managed by Miller Huggins, the 1914 St. Louis Cardinals and the 1918 New York Yankees. He had most of his playing time, however, with the 1915 Pittsburgh Rebels of the Federal League.
