PSV (in full Philips Honk-en Softbal Vereniging PSV) was founded on April 1, 1941 in Eindhoven. It currently plays in the Eerste Klasse, with Wim van den Hurk, the father of Rick van den Hurk as "assistent coach". Rick van den Hurk himself started his baseball career with this club.

PSV withdrew from the Hoofdklasse in between the seasons of 2003 and 2004 for financial reasons. It claims to aim to return to the Hoofdklasse in 2010.
