Otto McIvor appeared in 30 games for the 1911 St. Louis Cardinals. His minor league career stretched 16 years, starting in 1904.
As a pitcher in 1904, he went 3-1. In spite of that, he stayed with being an outfielder.
He managed for four seasons, all in Texas.
