Oscar Carlstedt is a promising Swedish pitcher. He was 1-0 with a 2.60 ERA for Stockholm in 2007, when he was 16 years old. In 2008, he went 3-2 with a 5.56 ERA and 29 walks in 42 2/3 IP in the Elitserien. He was in the MLB European Academy in 2009 and was on Sweden's preliminary roster for the 2009 Baseball World Cup.
