Omar Johnson is a college coach. He was an assistant coach at the University of North Alabama after playing there. He then moved to the Jackson State University as assistant coach, then became head coach in 2007. He led the team to a 33-23 record his first year. He will coach for the German national team in the 2009 Baseball World Cup.
