Northern Arizona sponsored baseball from at least 1957 through 1981. The Lumberjacks played in the Big Sky Conference from 1971 to 1974, when the conference dropped baseball. George Grantham was the only major leaguer to come from here. Minor leaguer Mark Seeger went here as well as did amateur coach Stan Luketich.
