Nemo Leibold managed the Columbus Senators from 1928-1930, then the Columbus Red Birds when the Cardinals took over (1931-1932). He then moved to the Boston Red Sox chain where he would stay until 1948. He managed the Reading Red Sox (1933-1934), Syracuse Chiefs (1935-1936), Rocky Mount Red Sox (1937), Clarksdale Red Sox (1938) and then spent 5 years with the Scranton Red Sox (1939-1943) and 5 with the Louisville Colonels (1944-1948). Overall his teams went 1,527-1,422 in 21 years.
