Milwaukee is the largest city in the state of Wisconsin (19th largest in the United States), located on the western shore of Lake Michigan. It is home to Marquette University and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

In 2007, the Cleveland Indians hosted a 3-game series against the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim at Miller Park due to continuous snow-outs at Jacobs Field.
