 Biographical Information
He was the first of several major leaguers with the first name "Milo". Through 2010, though, the only other player with the last name "Lockwood" has been Skip Lockwood.
Milo, at age 26, was a bit older than the average player on the 1884 Washington Nationals. He also played for Oil City in 1884.
His obituary stated that he ran a hardware company and "had extensive interests" in lumber. He was despondent as a result of having a disease and committed suicide.
