Mike Pinto

Mike Pinto played amateur baseball as a center fielder. He got into pro baseball with the Joliet JackHammers as their third base and bench coach in 2002. In 2003, he was pitching coach for Joliet and head coach of Oakton Community College; he remained with Oakton through 2005. In 2005, Pinto left Joliet to manage the Sioux Falls Canaries.
He has also scouted for the Kansas City Royals. Away from the diamond, Pinto works as a motivational speaker for businesses.
