Mexican National League
From BR Bullpen
The Mexican National League was a class B league based in Mexico that lasted for one season in 1946. It could not compete with the outlaw Mexican League, which included players like Martin Dihigo, Ray Dandridge, Sal Maglie, Max Lanier and Ramon Bragana. Mexico City and Torreon folded in late April and the league collapsed on May 27, the only minor league not to survive the 1946 season. Juarez and Chihuahua tied for the title at 23-21.
