Maximo De La Rosa was a position player from 1990 to 1992. He was converted into a pitcher prior to the 1993 season. He remained a pitcher for the rest of his career. He stayed in baseball through the 2001 season and got as high as AAA in the Cleveland, Seattle, and Colorado systems.
