Matěj Hušek debuted for Krč Altron in the 2006 Extraliga, with a 1.54 ERA in 3 games. He gave up 5 runs in 2 1/3 innings in 2007. In 2008, he was excellent, going 3-0 with 3 saves. He allowed only two runs and 12 hits in 21 innings.
