In 1989, Mark Wagner played for the West Palm Beach Tropics of the Senior Professional Baseball Association. He batted .301 in 42 games. In 1990, Wagner played for the Sun City Rays of the SPBA. He played in 17 games, batting .365 with 8 RBI before the league folded.
