Marino Luis Márquez

Marino Luis has been an infielder with Camagüey.

He hit 8 triples in 2002-2003 to tie Andrés Quiala for the lead in the Cuban Serie Nacional. In 2003-2004, Luis again paced the circuit in three-baggers, this time with nine.

Marino hit .295/.352/.365 in 2007-2008. Through that season, his 12th, he had hit .296 and slugged .365. At age 32 in 2008-2009, the veteran batted .317/.362/.419. He shared Gold Glove honors at third base with Yulieski Gourriel after fielding .965.
