Luis C. Garcia was the right fielder for the Mexican team in the 1999 Pan American Games; they just missed qualifying for the 2000 Olympics that year. In the 2006 Central American and Caribbean Games, he hit .444/.500/.556 for the Bronze Medal-winning Mexican team.
