Los Angeles County covers the northern half of the Los Angeles, CA metropolitan area in southern California, encompassing the Pacific Ocean coast including Santa Monica, CA and Long Beach, CA, the city of Los Angeles itself, its northern suburbs and the San Gabriel Mountains all the way to Lancaster, CA. It is the most populous county in the United States, with a population of over 10 million. It is listed as the place of death of Bill Seinsoth Sr.
