Lesther Galván is a Minnesota Twins farmhand.

Galván was born in Venezuela but got his baseball start in Spain with the Marlins Puerto Cruz. The Minnesota Twins signed him in 2006, at age 16. He hit .375/.545/.438 in the 2007 European Junior Championship to finish 7th in OBP in that event. He debuted in Organized Baseball with the 2007 VSL Twins, hitting just .202/.351/.247.

In the 2008 Final Olympic Qualification Tournament, Lesther was 0 for 19 with a walk and 7 strikeouts as a corner outfielder, though he did register one assist.
