The Bravos de León were members of the Mexican Center League in 1967, 1971 and 1975. They then joined the Mexican League and played there in 1979, 1980 and 1983 through 1991. They won their only title in 1990 led by the hitting of Willie Aikens and the pitching of Jaime Orozco. The team was based in León, Guanajuato.
