Third baseman Len Cross appeared in 13 games for the Atlanta Crackers in 1943. He then spent 1944-1945 in Class D leagues, 1947-1949 in class B leagues, and finished back at the D level in 1950-1953. Cross led the Tri-State League in 1948 with 29 HR and led the 1952 Mountain States League with 125 H (tied), 40 HR, and 125 RBI. His .357 average was .015 short of the triple crown.
