Larry Boerner, who attended Western Maryland College under its former name McDaniel College, pitched in the minors beginning in 1926. He came to the majors for 21 games in 1932.
Boerner's ERA was exactly the same as that of his team, the 1932 Red Sox. Each had a 5.02 ERA.
