Pitcher Kip Yaughn was drafted in the 13th round of the 1990 amateur draft by the Baltimore Orioles. The Florida Marlins then selected him in the 1993 expansion draft. Yaughn never made the majors, briefly reaching AAA in 1993 before finishing up his career in the independent leagues in 1995.
