Biographical Information[edit]

Kiko Garcia took over at shortstop from 8-time Gold Glove winner Mark Belanger for the Baltimore Orioles in 1979. Garcia had 8 hits, including two doubles and a triple, hitting .400 against the Pittsburgh Pirates in the World Series that year.

In 1989, Kiko Garcia played for the Orlando Juice of the Senior Professional Baseball Association. Garcia played in 14 games and batted .320.
