The twin brother of pitcher Cory Lidle, Kevin Lidle was a minor league catcher and later a pitcher but never reached the majors. While his brother Cory was with the Oakland Athletics, he played a trick on the team by taking a bullpen session pretending to be his brother. He is a descendant of inventor & businessman Robert Fulton.
