Kevin Knollenburg has been a frequent member of the Belgian national team. He was one of the few Belgian players to play college ball in the US.

Knollenburg was 5 for 16 with a walk in the 1999 European Championship and led Belgium in average at age 20. In the 2001 European Championship, he was 0 for 3 and made 2 errors in 6 chances. He was just 3 for 21 with a double and 5 walks in the 2003 European Championship but played error-free ball.

Kevin was 4 for 18 with 3 walks and a double in the 2008 European Cup, playing for the Royal Greys. He hit .235/.391/.353 with 8 runs (second on the team to Benjamin Dille) in the 2008 European Championship Qualifiers to help Belgium win a spot in the 2010 European Championship.

Knollenburg coached for Belgium in the 2009 European Junior Championship. He was 3 for 15 with a double and a walk in the 2009 European Cup.
