Biographical Information[edit]

Catcher/infielder Keven Bottenfield played in the minors in 1986 and 1988. He is the brother of big league pitcher Kent Bottenfield. He debuted with the GCL Expos and hit .281/~.324/.344 in 28 games in 1986. In 1988, he was a DH and first baseman for the independent Boise Hawks and hit .338/~.452/.455 in 36 games. He had hit .426 in his last year at college.
