Keokuk is located at the south-eastern tip of Iowa, on the Mississippi River at the junction of the Des Moines River, at the point where the states of Iowa, Missouri and Illinois meet. It is 30 miles south of Burlington, IA and represents one the smallest cities to ever host a Major League baseball team, with the 1875 Keokuk Westerns which were briefly members of the National Association.
