The Kenosha Mammoths played one year in the Frontier League when the Dubois County Dragons moved to Kenosha, WI. The club went 47-42 in 2003, finishing third in the Western Division, three and a half games behind the Gateway Grizzlies. Managed by Greg Tagert, they drew 25,449 fans, 11th in the 12-team league. They had no All-Stars. Derek Lopez (2-2, 16 Sv, 2.48, 43 K in 36 IP) was the most effective pitcher while 1B/3B Todd Leathers (.307, .510 SLG) led the club in average, slugging, homers (15), runs (46) and RBI (77).
