[edit] Biographical Information
Ken Jungels served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He had five cups of coffee with the Cleveland Indians and Pittsburgh Pirates. He also pitched twelve seasons in the Border, Northern, Middle Atlantic, 3-I, Eastern and International Leagues and the American Association. He owned and operated a tavern near County Stadium in Milwaukee WI. He died at age 59 in St. Joseph's Hospital in West Bend WI after suffering a stroke at his home the day before.
