Dominguez was the hitting coach of the Kannapolis Intimidators in 2001, Winston-Salem Warthogs in 2003, Clearwater Threshers in 2005, Lakewood BlueClaws in 2006, Williamsport Crosscutters in 2007, GCL Dodgers in 2008, and AZL Brewers in 2010-2011.
