Biographical Information

Ken Caminiti was signed as a 3rd round pick in the 1984 amateur draft by the Houston Astros and scouts Bill Hallauer and Paul Weaver.

Caminiti had a 15-year career in the major leagues, and was MVP in 1996 while leading the San Diego Padres to a division title. He admitted using steroids to enhance his performance.
