Kazuhiko Iijima played briefly in Nippon Pro Baseball.
Iijima played for Nippon Steel after college. The Daiei Hawks took him in the first round in 2001. In 2002, he was 3-3 with a save and a 5.89 ERA. He allowed one run in 1/3 of an inning in 2003 to end his career.
