Kasey Joseph McKeon


The son of longtime big league manager Jack McKeon, catcher Kasey McKeon was selected by the Detroit Tigers in the 34th round of the 1989 amateur draft and played two seasons in their farm system. After retiring as a player, he was a scout with the San Diego Padres and worked in the front office of the Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds, becoming the Reds' Scouting Director in 2001-2002. He is currently (2007) an assistant to Colorado Rockies General Manager Dan O'Dowd.

McKeon is also the uncle of Zach Booker and brother-in-law of Greg Booker.
