[edit] Biographical Information
Karl Adams pitched two years in the majors, going 1-9. His Wikipedia entry (as of December 20, 2008) states that after baseball he was a golf professional and also a member of a plumbers and pipefitters union.
As an Indianapolis Indians pitcher in 1914, Adams had a fine season, compiling a record of 13-8; however, his bases on balls totalled 77, not the seven reported on this website. [1]
