Justin Baughman was a coach for the Cedar Rapids Kernels in 2004 and 2005.
He is only the second major leaguer to have come out of Lewis & Clark College. He returned to L&C from 2006 to 2010 as head coach.
In 2011, Baughmann became a scout for the San Diego Padres.
