After his playing career ended, Junior Betances has been active in the Cleveland Indians system. He was a coach for the 2000-2001 DSL Indians then managed them from 2002-2005.He had administrative roles in the Indians' Dominican Academy from 2000-2010. In 2010-2012, he has coached for the AZL Indians. He also has been a scout for the Indians.
