Julio Garcia

Julio Garcia

Julio Garcia did not play pro ball, but has become a minor league manager over most of the last 20 years.

Garcia was a coach for the Welland Pirates from 1991 to 1994. He also coached the St. Petersburg Devil Rays in 1999. He has been the Latin American field coordinator for the Chicago Cubs since 2005. In 2007, he joined the coaching staff of the Peoria Chiefs, and in 2008, he will be skipper of the Billings Mustangs.
