Biographical Information[edit]

Pitcher Juan Pena had an excellent, but very short, major league career. He pitched two games for the Boston Red Sox in 1999 and went 2-0 with a 0.69 ERA, allowing only one run, three walks and nine hits in 13 innings while striking out 15 batters. He was injured the next year and never returned to the major leagues.
