Josh Neitz is a minor league baseball pitcher who was originally drafted in the 25th round of the 2002 amateur draft by the New York Yankees. He played in the Yankees organization in 2002 and 2003, and has been in independent ball since.

In 2002, he played for the Staten Island Yankees, for whom he went 4-3 with a 2.87 ERA in 30 relief appearances. In 31 relief appearances for the Battle Creek Yankees in 2003, he went 2-1 with a 7.94 ERA.

He played for three teams in three leagues in 2004. With The Aces of the Northeast League, he went 3-2 with a 5.29 ERA in 18 games (five starts). In nine games (four starts) for the Richmond Roosters of the Frontier League, he went 0-5 with a 5.67 ERA. He also made four relief appearances for the Pennsylvania Road Warriors in 2003, posting a 6.94 ERA. Overall, he went 3-7 with a 5.62 ERA in his first year of independent baseball.

In 2005, Neitz played for the Shreveport Sports and Fort Worth Cats of the Central League, going a combined 2-1 with a 5.28 ERA in 34 games (three starts). He played for Shreveport in 2006, going 4-5 with a 3.34 ERA in 19 games (11 starts). Since 2007, he has played for the El Paso Diablos, going 9-4 with a 3.92 ERA in 20 starts in 2007 and 10-9 with a 4.35 ERA in 21 starts in 2008. He is set to play with them in 2009.
