Joseph O'Toole

Joseph O'Toole was assistant GM of the Pittsburgh Pirates from 1960 to 1960. He then served as Co-General Manager of the Pirates, along with Hardy Peterson, in 1977 and 1978. O'Toole returned to the assistant GM position from 1979 to 1985.
