Jorge Milián

Jorge Milián Laffita

In 1981-1982, Milián won Rookie of the Year honors in the Cuban Serie Nacional. Jorge never led the league in a major offensive department. He later became a manager for his old club, the Metropolitanos.

Milián hit .293/.375/.425 in 15 seasons in Cuba. A first baseman, he fielded .976 for his career.
