Joe Malay played for the New York Giants a couple seasons in the 1930's. He was a first baseman who hit triples in the minors but not many homers.

His father Charlie Malay played outfield / second base in the majors in 1905. Joe was born in October 1905, shortly after Charlie made his last major league appearance.
