[edit] Biographical Information

Joe Horgan pitched for the US in the 1995 World Junior Championship. He was 2-0 with a 0.84 ERA, the best on the team among hurlers with 10+ IP. He appeared in 47 games for the 2004 Montreal Expos out of the bullpen and had a record of 4-1 with a 3.15 ERA. He collected only one hit in his career - a single off of Kip Wells in his first big league at-bat. He then briefly played for the Washington Nationals the next season.

Horgan last played for the Albuquerque Isotopes of the Pacific Coast League in 2006.
