Pitcher Joe Bisenius claimed the last spot on the Philadelphia Phillies' roster out of spring training 2007. He made his Major League debut with 1 1/3 scoreless innings in relief against Atlanta on April 5, but pitched in only one other game that year. He did not come back to the majors until 2010, when he pitched 5 times for the Washington Nationals.
