Jim Minshall holds the career record (6 games) for most appearances without giving up an earned run.
He played in the minors from 1966-76, most notably going 16-1 for Salem in 1972.
Jim played on the same high school basketball team as Dave Cowens, later a star center for the Boston Celtics of the NBA.
