Jerry Ujdur pitched five years in the majors. With the 1982 Detroit Tigers he went 10-10, posting an ERA of 3.69.
Jerry was born in Duluth, MN and went to high school in Hermantown, MN. Both Duluth and Hermantown are near Lake Superior in northern Minnesota. He attended the University of Minnesota at the same time as Paul Molitor.
Although Jerry's major league career ran from 1980-84, he spent part of each season in the minors, with his minor league career running from 1978-84. From 1980-83 he was at Evansville each year.
