Jerry Kindall was the head coach at the University of Arizona from 1973 to 1996, leading the Wildcats to 3 College World Series victories, in 1976, 1980, and 1986. He was named Haarlemse Honkbalweek Best Coach in the 1974 Haarlem Baseball Week and 1980 Haarlem Baseball Week.
